Vitality Fitness Delivered (VFD) has been training clients one-on-one via video call for 9 years. We have been hosting live group exercise classes for 3 years. We were founded on the principle that most people struggle to exercise on their own. No one doubts the need and benefits of living a healthy lifestyle, but people battle with the knowledge and motivation to live that way.

Victoria Hartt is the owner and founder of Vitality Fitness Delivered. She achieved a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology in 2007 and a Master's Degree in Kinesiology in 2010, emphasizing in Epidemiology. Since that time, she eats, sleeps, and breathes the latest research and technology on how to make the human body healthier and happier. For more than 14 years, Victoria has been successfully physically training clients of all shapes, and limitations into healthier bodies. She has introduced countless clients to a better way of living through habitual diet and exercise. Victoria loves working in the health field because each individual brings a new set of challenges, and seeing clients achieve their goals brings her the greatest joy! Victoria has two wonderful kiddos with her dear husband in Carson City Nevada.

Having spent years as a certified personal trainer, nutrition wellness coach and group fitness instructor, I was initially skeptical about online training. I wondered how effective I could be as a trainer without being able to see clients in person.
Even with my doubts, I knew I would never know for sure unless I tried it. That’s when I took the opportunity to work for Vitality Fitness Delivered and train clients through live video sessions online.
What I have learned is clients are more comfortable training in their own home than in the gym. Our clients do not have to be concerned about wearing the latest fitness fashions, worrying if their hair is brushed or who is watching them like many clients I see at the gym. I love that many of my clients have dogs or cats that sometimes get in the act.
I find that you can still achieve that one-on-one relationship with the client and many of mine have become friends. They get great workouts in a short amount of time and with the convenience of being in their own home. I am encouraged by their personal progress and fitness gains. I am able to correct their form if necessary and encourage them to increase their weights or repetitions. They are accountable and receptive when I call to begin the online workout session.
I may have had doubts before starting this journey, but I have found the online format has a lot of benefits you won’t get in the gym. There are fewer excuses in the way of reaching your goals and the clients and I get a lot out of the experience.

Mallory is an ACSM certified personal trainer who has a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise & Sport Science, achieved a Master’s in Health Sciences and is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES).Originally from Nebraska, Mallory now resides in Northwest Arkansas where she works as a wellness coordinator within an employee wellness program. Her passion is fueled by helping others foster a sustainable, healthy lifestyle through a nutritional diet and exercise. Thanks to this passion Mallory is often reading books, listening to podcasts, and searching for new research in the pursuit of knowledge. During her time at the University of Central Arkansas, Mallory has gained experience working with many different individuals from all walks of life. She hopes that through Vitality Fitness Delivered she can help others go above and beyond their fitness goals.

Jana has enjoyed being a Certified Personal Trainer for over ten years. She loves helping people reach their goals whether it’s completing their first triathlon, or being able to get down on the floor to play with their grandkids. She has worked with a wide range of clients who have had pre and post surgical needs, weight loss goals, and strength training needs. She also works with adult and teen athletes training for specific events. Jana has worked in various fitness facilities, Chiropractic and Physical Therapy offices, but loves being an Online Personal Trainer for Vitality Fitness Delivered because it makes fitness accessible and affordable to everyone!

Matt grew up in central Pennsylvania and now resides in Scottsdale, Arizona. He joined the US Army 3 weeks after graduating high school, and graduated college summa cum laude with both his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Sports Management and Exercise Science. Matt has been a Strength and Conditioning coach/Functional Movement Expert for 18 years. He has been a part of successful college sports teams over those years, which includes 8 National Championships in Volleyball and Basketball. Matt has experience working with all walks of life from teenagers to limited elderly. Whether you want to lose weight or just move better, Matt is here to help you achieve those goals. Dana is a retired veteran that served 23 years in the Navy, and worked in the medical field for over 30 years. She had always been an athlete and made exercise a part of her daily routine. It was after her fourth child and during her last tenure in the Navy that she developed several ailments. In an attempt to improve her situation, she began to study health and wellness. She enjoyed encouraging others to join in on her wellness journey.
Dana got her group fitness certification just 3 months before deploying to Iraq with the Marines. She used the skills she learned to teach fitness classes to the Marines and Sailors she deployed with. After that, Dana felt that she found her true passion! She enjoys entertaining her clients with her energetic style, and quick wit to make her classes fun.
Dana has continued her education to achieve her Associate's in Exercise Science with a concentration in personal training. She is versatile in teaching many different exercise modalities, and feels honored everyday to do what she absolutely loves!

Julie Novelli has been in the Fitness Industry for more than 30 years. She first fell in love with fitness in the late 80's after struggling with her own weight through most of her teenage years. She joined a gym as a New Years resolution and was nearly instantly hooked.
She was first certified as a personal trainer in 1992 and shortly after as a group fitness instructor. She loves working with all fitness levels and has a particular love of working with those who are at the start of their fitness journey.
She has certifications through NASM, NPTI, Les Mills, Beachbodies among others. Julie has also raised 4 boys and understands how difficult it can be to make the time in our busy lives to focus on our own health and fitness.

Tracy Waites is a Certified Personal Trainer & Fitness Instructor who brings 35 years worth of experience to Vitality Fitness. Currently in Atlanta, Ga, Tracy has been married to her husband for almost 20 years, has 4 children and a granddaughter. She is also very active in her children’s schools Parent Association and is currently serving her 3rd year as President. Tracy currently teaches and trains online as well as face-to-face classes in her community. She has numerous certifications & accreditations that include The National Personal Training Institute, AFAA (Aerobics & Fitness Association of America), Sports Yoga, Spencer Pilates, Les Mills Body Pump & Body Step Programs, BTS certifications in Group Step & Group Power and she is also a Level II TRX Certified Instructor.

Jorden believes success is a journey, not a destination. He trusts that if you put in the work and give 110%, success follows. Jorden thinks every day is an opportunity to be a better version of ourselves. His goal is to do just that, help clients become better than they were yesterday.
Jorden has been training for 4 years now and has worked with an array of clients from teenagers to the elderly. He was certified through NCSF and has recently worked for California State University, Chico as a Personal Trainer. Jorden has also taught classes that range from Butts and Guts, Abs, Stretching, and Interval.
Jorden is originally from the small town of Burney, California but now resides in Chico, California where he is going to California State University, Chico majoring in Computer Animation & Game Development.

Andrew graduated from Chico State with a bachelors in Exercise Physiology with 3 minors in Sports Exercise Science, Physical Education and Nutrition.
Andrew currently resides in San Jose working on his second collegiate internship to pursue a career in Strength & Conditioning. He has been a personal trainer for 4 years and is still going strong.
His focus is strength development to aid in motor development, fat loss and performance enhancement. He has been able to work with clients ages 10-99 years olds.

My name is Elvis, I've been a personal trainer for several years training in weight loss, stability and strengthening, to conditioning for recreational sporting events. Through my fluency in Spanish and English and my experience in enduring extreme situations such as surviving cancer, training and rehabbing myself, a dance competitor in ballroom, obstacle course racer, training MMA and now a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner, I have been able to help a broader range of individuals of all ages and levels. I want to share my vast knowledge and assist you in reaching your goals as well. We all have the desire to live healthy, feel strong, self sufficient and look good. It is there where I step in as your trainer, to guide, challenge, support and build you every step of the way. I believe, no matter the age or level of physical aptitude a person is at, with a purpose, everyone has the ability to change. This step towards a healthier you will be a challenge and for some, maybe a scary move to make, but remember this, that with every challenge comes personal growth and humility that translates to a confident, empowered and content mind, body and soul. Stephanie has been steadily practicing yoga since her daughter was born 20 years ago. More than a little “me time” at the start of motherhood, it was a way to hold space and build that essential mind, body, and breath connection.
Before retiring from a rewarding 30-year career in education, Stephanie unofficially embraced a new career as a yoga teacher by stepping onto the yoga mat in front of her at-risk high school students as a way to incorporate social-emotional learning into her high school four years ago. Loving how her students (and staff) benefited from being introduced to yoga, she became a fully trained yoga teacher and recently finished an advanced training. She is now a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher!
Stepping into her 50s, she is passionate about helping women age awesomely by increasing mobility and strength and decreasing stress. Off the mat, these days Stephanie is usually surrounded by furry, four-legged family members vying for her attention. In her spare time, she loves to explore life with her husband, read, write, renovate their 50-year-old home, and connect with friends.

Lance Waldsmith has practiced yoga for over 14 years, teaching for the past 6. Lance has taught over 1000 classes, specializing in power yoga and acroyoga. Lance believes in the restorative power of yoga and it's ability to increase our mental and physical capacity. The main focus of his practice is to increase strength within a wider range of motion. A martial artist since the age of 4, Lance currently trains Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Previously a business owner, he sold his business to become a Physical Education Teacher. This has allowed him to focus on connection and community along with a better work/life balance. Life is a marathon, not a sprint.

Rachel Nowlain-Sisk is a certified personal trainer through NASM. She also has her corrective exercise and women’s health certifications through NASM and is a pregnancy and postpartum athletic coach through Brianna Battles.
She has always been a pretty active person but she fell in love with fitness when she did physical therapy and regular exercise saved her from having a spinal fusion at 25. She learned the importance of exercise to keep up your strength and mobility throughout the course of your life. No matter what stage of life you are in. She is happy to teach you strategies for how to regain your strength and prevent injuries.
